Set in a rural environment and fronted by a two acre field these apartments have a large natural area at the rear for enjoying the peace and quiet of a small Alabama farming community.
General:
Located just outside the Rogersville, Alabama city limits all apartments have covered parking for residents and convenient overflow parking for guest. The larger apartments (North and South) have 2 bedrooms and 2 baths. The smaller apartment, East, has one bedroom and one bath. All apartments are newly refurbished, painted, new carpet and vinyl flooring and include all new appliances (refrigerator, range, microwave, and dishwasher) as well as washers and dryers.
Amenities:
All apartments have cable, wiring and antenna for DirecTv satellite receivers. High Speed Internet (AT&T U-verse) is installed and easily accessible. The premises are monitored 24/7 by active infrared video and passive infrared motion sensors.
No Smoking:
All apartments and the outside premises are non-smoking.
Apartment Size:
The larger (North) apartment is approximately 1,134 square feet, has 2 covered parking spaces and has provisions for propane gas logs. The other two bedroom apartment (South) is approximately 982 square feet and has covered parking for one and one half vehicles. The one bedroom apartment (East) is a stand-alone building of approximately 512 square feet and has covered parking for one vehicle.
Rental Cost:
Sewer and average water usage are furnished by the landlord. The North apartment rents for $545.00; the South apartment rents of $495.00 and the East apartment rents for $450.00. The North and South apartments require a 12 month lease. The East Apartment requires a 6 months lease. An Early-Pay discount is available. Small, well behaved pets are allowed and do require a separate damage-security deposit. Pet deposits depend on the pet being given occupancy.
